Tenders are invited to Media Conversion of Paper Archives
Short description: The Ministry of Health and Care Services (Client) will carry out a media conversion of approx. 80 shelf meters (hm) with paper archive for the period 2002 to 2005, production of a Noark extract for submission and approval at the National Archives and delivery of the files for use internally with the Client. and that the paper originals can be destroyed after media conversion and quality control have been completed. The archives must be able to be handed in or deposited in digital format to the National Archives, but can also be made available for and suitable for further use by the archive creator with regard to information value and use. The assignment has a financial framework of up to NOK 800,000 excl. VAT. The desired start for the assignment is 1 September 2021.
