Description:
Tenders are invited to medicine cabinet NPK (new psychiatric hospital Kristiansand)
Short description: The purpose of the procurement is a solution for automated storage and digital storage of drugs to new psychiatric buildings at Sørlandet Hospital HF. The goal is to get a satisfactory solution for both withdrawals and control of the inventory, as well as communication with the hospital pharmacy for refill. The solution must be integrated with other clinical and administrative solutions used in the clinic. The solution is part of the way to both better electronic documentation, and closed drug loop. For further details, see the appointments of the agreement 1 in Appendix 5 and 6. It must be purchased three (3) medical cabinets for new psychiatric buildings at Sørlandet Hospital HF, with an option for the purchase of a further one (1) medicine cabinet, as well as smaller additional purchases when needed. Option to purchase medicine cabinet shall be valid for 4 years from contract signing. The medicine cabinets should be delivered and installed in December 2022. The time of delivery will be agreed upon after contract.
