Description : This is a new notice for the procurement of microbiological products for the laboratories in Helse Midt-Norge.
An overview of the changes that have been made are in the attached document 'Changes in Vs 2'.
The procurement is split into 7 lots, which are further split into sub-contracts.
There are a total of 14 sub-contracts, which will be awarded separately.
It varies whether the subcontracts are awarded as a group to one tenderer or awarded per. product line for several tenderers. This is described specifically under each subcontract and in the document 'Contest Provisions'.
One framework agreement will be signed per tenderer. The framework agreement will include the sub-contract(s) that the tenderer has been awarded.
Appendix 02 Requirements specification and appendix 03 Product and price sheet (as well as appendix 11 the Environmental form where applicable) are divided and are specifically listed under each subcontract.
The contracting authority wants the tenderer to submit the tender documents under the subcontract for which tenders are being given.
