Mid-term evaluation of Norwegian participation in Creative Europe (2021-2027)
The Ministry of Culture and Equality is intended to carry out an evaluation of Norway's participation in the EU program for Culture and Media, Creative Europe, in the period 2021-2025. The evaluation will assess the participation and effect halfway through the current program period (2021-2027), and the purpose is: • Mapping the scope of Norwegian participation in Creative Europe 2021-2025. • To measure the effects of participation for actors in the Norwegian cultural sector. • To evaluate the program's relevance, organization and significance for the Norwegian cultural sector. The evaluation will give the Ministry a solid knowledge base for further work on Creative Europe and be part of the decision basis for Norway's participation in the EU Cultural and Media Programs in the next program period (2028-2034). The final deadline for the agreement is May 29, 2026 Estimated value for the acquisition is a maximum of NOK 900,000 excl. VAT.
