• Modernization of ICT architecture and Security Operations Center (SOC) for Lofoten ICT Lofoten IKT is an inter-municipal ICT company that supplies ICT services to the municipal sector in Lofoten. Today we serve approx. 4,000 employees in all municipal sectors. From 1. From January 2027, the business will be organized into two separate ICT companies, where each company will serve approx. 2,000 employees. Operations will be carried out with a very small professional environment (approx. 5-6 people per company). Vestvågøy and Moskenes will be operated by one company, while Vågan and Flakstad is operated by another company. Værøy will possibly end in 2027 and it is possible that Flakstad will be operated from Vestvågøy/Moskenes from 2028. Lofoten IKT has a total budget of approximately 28 million. These are distributed among the 5 cooperative municipalities according to a defined key. The reorganization places different requirements on architecture, security, automation and operating model than today. We therefore need to modernize the ICT architecture to ensure a high degree of automation, standardization and centralization so that the operation is feasible with the staff we have. This inquiry to the market concerns the following two parallel processes: Part A - Market dialogue ICT architecture: Meeting-based dialogue on the modernization of ICT architecture, organized in three tracks: identity and access management (IAM), device control (UEM/EDR) and network/ZTNA.
