- Short description: Stad municipality wishes to use a completed developed model for calculating the correct amount for reimbursement from the state linked to resource -demanding users for which the municipality is responsible. The model shall be built in accordance with the regulations linked to such reimbursements. It will be developed and tested by several municipalities and quality assurance of the municipal audit. The model shall provide the necessary documentation for the reimbursement requirement in accordance with the regulations and enough to cover a post -check of the basis for submitted reimbursement claims. Counseling service alone is not adequate for the municipality's procurement in this letter of intent. It will say that a practical calculation model is the main goal of the purchase.
