Description:
Mosåa PA, total renovation and rebuilding. Øyer municipality will rehabilitate the Mosåa pumping station. The station was put into operation in December 1993, and does not meet the current requirements for technical condition and HSE. Existing piping for drains, fittings, pumps and installations for plumbing, electrical and control/automation in the Mosåa pump station are to be dismantled and replaced by new installations. The station is located between E6 and Lågen at the outlet of the river Mosåa and pumps sewage from the area of Tingberg, Granrudmoen, as well as northern and lower part of Hafjell. Today's pump line from the station crosses the Lågen over to Hunderfossen, where the drain continues in a new crossing of the Lågen below Hunderfossen before it is pumped on to Lillehammer. In another project, a new pump line is laid for waste water from Mosåa pump station and southwards along Highway 2522, which will reduce the risk of discharge in the event of a break in the current pump line that crosses Lågen. New installation in Mosåa pump station must be able to pump both to old and new pump line.
