• Multifunction machines The competition concerns the purchase of Multifunction machines, (printing, copying and scanning as a service), Print as a Service (PraaS). The service is understood as a complete service that includes a machine park with the same interface for the user, with Norwegian-language support/training, where an on-site technician is required, as well as all consumables excl. paper, included. The customer must not rent, lease or buy the machine park, but only buy the "printing as a service" service. The chosen supplier is responsible for all operations and logistics in the entire solution. It is the supplier's responsibility that the client's needs at each individual location are met. The client has no objections to the chosen supplier covering the need with used machines, or to deployed machines being moved by changed needs at locations. Existing machinery is planned to be phased out as existing leasing agreements expire. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. Too close information we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage. APPRENTICE: The duty to make requirements for an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. §7 of the Procurement Act. See the contract for more information.
