Municipal model for the production and use of biocarbon
The City of Oslo v/The Climate Agency invites you to participate in the competition for the procurement of consultancy assistance. The municipality of Oslo is one of Norway's largest employers with approx. 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approx. NOK 90 billion. The Climate Agency will be responsible for both implementation and follow -up of the procurement. The Climate Agency will be a professional resource and driver to reach the climate goals of the City of Oslo. The agency is responsible for following up "Climate Strategy for Oslo 2020-2030", and the management of the Climate and Energy Fund. The Climate Agency collaborates with the population, business, knowledge environments, organizations and other public authorities to mobilize for climate -friendly behavioral change and develop good climate solutions in Oslo. The Climate Agency has about 50 full -time equivalents in three departments: a climate subject department, a communications department and an administration department. The latter is responsible for the operation of the Climate and Energy Fund.
