- Short Description: The health service's operating organization for Nødnett HF (HDO) will procure a national digital archive solution for recording audio, image, video and other media files, including metadata, typically called a digital evidence handling solution (Dem) .hdo is Responsible for the operation of a centralized communication solution for all AMK centers (EMCC), emergency room (GPOC Central) and emergency room (AED) within the emergency medical chain in Norway. It is this communication solution from which the media files should be obtained and then filed in a DEM solution. The acquisition is based on the State Standard Agreements for ICT procurement, respectively SSA-T (development and adaptation agreement) and SSA-V (the maintenance agreement). The scope of the procurement is estimated at 15 MNOK ex. VAT.
