Description:
Natural hazard investigation, landslides from steep terrain, Oteren city center plan Storfjord municipality prepares a zoning plan for Oteren. This is done as a town center plan with different levels of detail. In this connection, there is a need for an investigation into landslides in steep terrain which must clarify whether building land satisfies the safety requirement in §7-3 of TEK17. The investigation must be carried out in accordance with the guide Safety against avalanches in steep terrain - Mapping of avalanche danger in planning and building documents. The report must be submitted during 2026. The client will use NS 8402 - General contract provisions for assignments in consulting engineering and architectural activities.
