- The purpose of the procurement is to ensure the customer a comprehensive PKI solution for all services that require authentication or signing at security level 3/person-standard and security level 4/person-high. The solution must be able to be used on all client devices the customer has, for example desktops and laptops, netablets and smartphones. The solution must be standardized to the greatest extent possible and at the same time future-oriented so that it satisfies the authority's requirements for the EU regulation eIDAS significant and eIDAS high. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive dialogue in accordance with the procurement regulationsIII.
