- Description:
- The objective of the procurement is to ensure the contracting authority a general PKI system for all services that require authentication or signing at security level 3/person standard and security level 4/person-high. The system shall be able to be used on all client units that the contracting authority has, e.g. stationary and laptop PCs, tablets and smartphones. The system shall be to the greatest possible degree standardised and simultaneously future orientated so that it fulfils the authority requirements of the EU regulation eIDAS significantly and eIDAS high. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive dialogue in accordance with part III of the procurement regulations.
