Description:
Short Description: The competition applies to the framework agreement for legal services in the area of child welfare cases and forced cases under the Health and Care Act Chapter 10. The Framework Agreement will include the preparation and implementation of cases before the court, as well as assistance to the client in court. The court is in this context the Child Welfare and Health Board and the Courts. The value of the acquisition is estimated to: NOK 1,500,000,- ex. VAT per year. Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 7,500,000,- excl. VAT is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and will be dependent on the contractor's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors during the contractor.
