Description:
A new financial system shall be procured for the Remiks group, which supports Remiks ́ current and future needs, which facilitates efficient processes and good management. Remiks currently uses several systems that are listed below in order to have control of budget, accounts and reporting. The lifetime of several of our systems is in overtime and we would now like to see these in a larger context which will hopefully give us more efficient possibilities in structure and process. Parallel to the procurement, a review will be carried out of our processes, routines, codes and vision, which we would like, in cooperation with the chosen supplier, to adapt to the new system we procure. Remiks is subject to the rules for self-food with household waste and needs to split the total accounts for waste from respectively households and businesses. See the requirement specifications for further details (annex to SSA-L, 1-5).
