• Description:
• New HSE solution for NVE - Qualification phase The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of an online HSE system for use in the office, in projects, on business trips and in field work, all within the area of responsibility of the Norwegian Directorate of Water Resources and Energy (NVE) and the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RME). The procurement is estimated to have a scope of NOK 5.6 million over a period of 48 months. Cf. FOA § 5.4 (12), letter b).) The value estimate is calculated on today's prices and krone value. The agreement has a duration of 3 (three) years counted from the date of delivery. The agreement is then automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time unless it is terminated by the Customer or the Supplier. The procurement is carried out as a competition with negotiation after prior announcement in accordance with FOA part I and III. This procedure gives all interested suppliers the opportunity to submit a request to participate in the competition. Only those suppliers who are qualified and are subsequently invited by the Employer can submit offers.
