Description:
The competition is for a contract for the delivery of laundry services - washing and hire of work wear and linens etc., washing of resident clothing. The contract shall ensure that the Contracting Authority has a good and secure delivery of such products and services in the contract period. The assignment includes: Hire and laundry of Institution textiles including repairs and bringing and collection of the textiles - for 5 entities. Hire and laundry of personnel clothing including repairs and bringing and collecting the textiles - for 5 entities. Laundry of resident textiles including repairs and collecting and collecting the textiles - for 3 nursing homes The delivery shall be of very good condition and quality. The orderers will mainly be all 5 entities within health and care, including nursing homes. All other municipal entities with a need for laundry services shall have the same terms. The products listed in the price form are the most commonly used products. The contracting authority reserves the right to trade other equivalent products on the same terms if it is appropriate. A complete description of the delivery is in the needs description, Annex 2. The contract period will be two years with options. Start from 05.04.2026 - 05.04.2028 with an option for a four year renewal (one year + one year + one year + one year). It is the contracting authority ́s unilateral right to trigger the options.
