Description:
New roofing on parts of the Gloppen care center Gloppen municipality will install new roofing on the oldest part of the Gloppen care centre. Existing concrete roof tiles including suspended ceiling (reinforced plastic) as well as gutters, plumb boards, wind skis, roof caps etc. must be dismantled and sorted. What cannot be reused must be delivered to an approved reception. New roofing consisting of sheet metal sub-ceiling and PVC foil covering. In addition, the necessary roof protection, gutters with downspouts, ventilation hoods, wind skis, plumb boards, etc. must be installed. NB! The it may be relevant to install a solar cell system on the roof surface to the south later. Therefore, the foil covering must be approved for the installation of solar cell systems on top and all roof penetrations must be moved to the roof surface to the north. The roof area to be let out is approximately 1,300 m2.
