• New salary and travel account system Eidsiva Energi will acquire a standard, cloud-based payroll system that will also cover the need for payroll processing with associated functionalities for approx. 1,400 employees. The acquisition must cover the need related to travel/expenses for employees of Eidsiva, Elvia, Eidsiva Bioenergi, Eidsiva Digital and Eidsiva Vekst. In addition, it is desirable to have a solution for salary negotiations for the entire group. In total, this constitutes what is referred to as a system or solution. The client must enter into a contract with one supplier that supplies both the payroll system and the travel account system. In addition, the client wants an offer for an option for a salary negotiation system. The client is looking for a supplier who is able and willing to act as a strategic partner and support with achieving the customer's objectives. We want to ensure that the new system leads to concrete gains, including cost savings, increased efficiency and better service quality. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a standardised, modern, secure and forward-looking cloud-based payroll system, travel/disbursement system and possibly a salary negotiation system that supports the business's needs both in the short and long term. The solution should contribute to increased efficiency, better management information and high quality in the payroll processes, while ensuring compliance with current regulations and providing a good user experience for all relevant roles.
