Sirkula plans to build a new sand sludge plant at Heggvin. The plant shall consist of process equipment and buildings to house this. In addition comes the preparation of plot, roads and the like. . The plant shall consist of buildings for processing the sludge and necessary areas of outdoor logistics to and from the plant. Inside the building there are areas and equipment for the treatment of the relevant sludge types: Sand sludge from sand traps are not associated with oil separators - not hazardous waste (NS 1699/9918 and EAL 190802/200303) and EAL 130503) In addition, an option is wanted to receive contaminated water with some sludge content (contaminated water from building pits, wash water from tunnels, etc.) and water with the content of organic solids, waste, etc. This procurement includes process equipment for the processing of described sludge types, complete mounted, including testing and assistance.
