Description:
New Sorting Hall Stangnes - Plastic Hall The owner of the initiative (Hålogaland Ressursselskap IKS) wants to strengthen environmental and neighborhood considerations in line with the requirements of the current and future emission permit from the State Administrator. In order to reduce noise, dust, flying waste and emissions to air from mechanical processing of waste, a closed hall is established for sorting and grinding. The hall gathers these activities indoors and provides better opportunities for controlled ventilation as well as the necessary measurement and reporting of emissions. It will also ensure good working conditions regardless of the weather, and provides flexibility for future adaptations through removable internal walls. The building is not connected to the municipal stormwater network. Instead, tight collection basins are established in line with the new permit from The measure provides more environmentally friendly operation and reduces the burden on the environment, in accordance with official requirements.
