New SUS invites this to an open tender competition, cf. Section 9-2 (1), for IO-9542 Emergency wagons in connection with the first building stage of a new university hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger. Available in Mercell.This is a 2nd time announcement of the competition. Changes from 1st time announcement are:- Procurement procedure has been changed to open supply competition, cf. Section 8-3 of the FOA, as the price picture of 1 time announcement indicated that one was under relevant threshold values. This in order to be able to apply shorter deadlines and greater access to dialog when needed for clearings, etc.- added to the award criterion "Quality" and associated evaluation requirements In C.2.2 Requirement specification- Clarified several minimum requirements in C.2.2 Requirement specification.
