Description : The aim of this RFI is so that the Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (hereafter called HK Dir) can get an understanding of what the market can deliver as regards a new system for the administration of candidates and test locations, and what degree they will need to be tailor-made.
The contract for the tailor-made system that HK Dir currently uses expires in March 2024, and we need to procure a new system before then. As the financial limits for the procurement and implementation of a new system have not yet been decided, we need assistance from the market, through this RFI, in order to understand what cost is required for such a project. An RFP (Request for Proposal) will be published at a later date, and the project period for the implementation of a new system is expected to be in 2023.
