Description : The Directorate of eHealth is preparing a procurement of a new system for an encoder in the health service. The intention of this prior information notice (RFI) is to get knowledge on software that can be used to establish the system described in the attached document. The document includes provisional functional and non-functional requirements, as well as questions that we would like answered by suppliers.
Norsk Helsenett is assisting the Norwegian Directorate of eHealth in the work with this RFI through their role as a service centre for procurements in the state health administration.
