Tenders are invited to Nye T0yenbadet - K360 Luftbehandlingsarbeider
Short description: Oslo Municipality v / Kultur- og Idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID), invites to an open tender competition in connection with the acquisition of «Nye Tøyenbadet - Luftbehandlingsarbeider K360». The new Tøyenbadet is planned to replace Tøyenbadet. The new bathroom is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The facility will include an indoor facility (approx. 15,000 m²) and an outdoor bathing facility. The project is divided into several contracts. This procurement includes a contract for air treatment work for the establishment of the new Tøyenbadet, based on NS 8405, as well as the Oslo municipality's associated contract form. The work includes special coordination with the contract for the delivery and installation of steel basins and water treatment plants for all basins, as well as slides outside and inside. K360 deals with work with 1) Process cooling and 2) Air treatment.1. Process cooling deals with refrigeration systems and freezing systems.2. Air treatment deals with air treatment systems and units, exhaust, smoke exhaust, emergency ventilation, etc.
