Description:
NII shall enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer for the purchase of new furniture, including furniture for offices, schools and nurseries. The agreement also opens the way for suppliers to repair and restoration of existing furniture, as well as the purchase and hire of used furniture. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to procure its own procurements for repairs, restoration, purchase and hire of used furniture. The aim of a joint contract is to ensure efficient and easy access to furniture and fixtures for the municipality's entities. There are high requirements for functionality, durability, user friendliness, safety, ergonomics and environmental impact. It is difficult to estimate worthy of the framework agreement and scope. The contracting authority estimates that approx. NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT will be procured per annum in this contract. However, we take into account that furniture can be procured for up to NOK 10,000,000 per annum. The stated values are not binding for the contracting authority, but are given in order to suggest the scope of the tender. The volume will vary in the contract period and will i.a. depend on the contracting authority ́s needs, activities and budgetary situation. Tender deadline 05.03.2025
