Nitrogen purification plant, contractor
A step-by-step development of the Nordre Follo treatment plant IKS was adopted by the municipal councils in As and Nordre Follo municipality in spring 2021. The first phase of the development involves a new nitrogen treatment plant at the treatment plant site at H0yungsletta 19. The Nordre Follo treatment plant has had nitrogen purification since 1997 and the new plant will be located in parallel with the existing nitrogen purification plant. The new facility has been designed in detail so that the basis of experience from the existing facility is safeguarded. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 300,000,000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. A draft of the competition basis itself is attached to this qualification basis. The client reserves the right the right to make minor, non-significant changes to this basis before suppliers are invited to make offers. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage. In that case, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation. APPRENTICES: The duty to require an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. §7 of the Procurement Act. See the attached seriousness regulations for more information.
