• Nitrogen purification plant, engineering services The competition concerns the delivery of complete engineering services for nitrogen purification at sewage treatment plants and complete detailed regulation. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: Above the EEA-terks delivery value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary matters. This procurement is, by its nature, assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. section 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulation. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. section 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded with the fact that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with trade or journeyman certificates, alternatively that it is considered disproportionate, because there is a need for specialized competence that an apprentice cannot be expected to possess, cf. §6 (3) and (4) of the Apprentice Regulations.
