- Nord-Aurdal municipality - Ventilation and cooling town hall Nord-Aurdal municipality invites you to an open tender in relation to replacement of the main ventilation unit at the town hall in Nord-Aurdal municipality, as well as the establishment of new remote cooling for the ventilation in the connection. This request for quotation includes: Rigging and operation, Demolition work and complete work for ventilation, plumber and electrician. The deliveries for Ventilation, Plumbing and Electrical also include detailed engineering. One will be engaged building contractor who will carry out demolition work of building structures, core drilling, fireproofing, construction of roofs and walls around new ventilation space, as well as reconstruction of structures etc. The building contractor will coordinate the progress and must also be responsible for administration and organization when assigning responsibilities as the main company according to the Working Environment Act, as well as keeping and following up electronic overview lists in accordance with Section 15 of the Building Owners Regulations. An electrician will also be engaged to carry out electrical work that is not covered by the ventilation contract. Otherwise, please refer to the attached offer description.
