- The residencesThere is a lack of central apartments with universal design and lifetime standard for renting in the municipality. The municipality needs approx. 6 sheltered accommodation flats for persons who, due to various reasons, are disadvantaged in the housing market. The residences shall have a quality/standard that is equivalent to new owner dwellings, the requirement specification from Husbanken for municipal sheltered accommodations shall be complied with. The residences shall also have lifetime standards and universal design.
