Not specified The procurement is covered by the Act on public procurement of 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and regulation on public procurement of 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any subsequent amendments. FOA parts I and IV apply to this procurement. This procurement follows the procedure for procurement according to Part IV of the regulations. The Principal reserves the right to make clarifications and negotiate with the suppliers to the extent that the Principal deems it appropriate. If negotiations are carried out regarding the aspects of the offers that are important for how the offer scores against the award criteria, the selection of suppliers will be made after an assessment based on the award criteria.
