• OAS - Childcare administrative solutions for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipality - Market research Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities plan in the autumn of 2026 to carry out a joint procurement of a new foster care administrative solution that will support the core processes within kindergarten, primary school and educational-psychological service (PPT). In addition, it is considered as an option to include functionality for adult education. The procurement is carried out in cooperation between the municipalities, with support from their joint ICT services from IKOMM AS. Gausdal municipality has approximately 6,150 inhabitants and a childcare provision that includes three municipal and two private kindergartens, as well as three primary schools and one secondary school. The municipality has around 580 pupils in primary school and over 250 children in kindergarten. The school sector has around 130 employees, and the PPT service consists of around 5 employees. Lillehammer municipality has around 29,700 inhabitants and a more extensive childcare provision with 11 municipal and 16 private kindergartens, as well as six primary schools, two secondary schools and one combined 1-10 school. The municipality has around 2,860 pupils and around 1,300 kindergarten children. The school and SFO employ approximately 450 employees, and the PPT service has around 26 employees. Øyer municipality has approximately 5,150 inhabitants and a nursery school consisting of two municipal and three private kindergartens, as well as two primary schools and one secondary school.
