Description:
A nationwide framework agreement for the Customs Administration shall be entered into, hereafter called the client, within the contract area office furniture and fixtures. The purpose is to acquire furniture that covers the client's ongoing need for the delivery of office furniture and fixtures, and which is at the same time environmentally friendly focusing on reuse and durable materials. E-commerce use is also expected. By office furniture is meant furniture and fixtures for office workplaces, meeting room furniture, seating areas, furniture for storage and other types of furniture and fixtures that naturally belong to public companies. The client is facing a reorganization that will affect several of the premises. This will include up and down, relocation and/or new establishment of premises for approximately 225 employees distributed among planned projects in Kongsvinger, Polmak, Stjørdal, Kristiansand, Larvik and Svalbard. The projects will include both reuse services and new purchases of furniture and fixtures for the projects. As defined by Appendix 11- The Tolletaten's workplace concept, a principle of shared office space will be introduced at all the country's locations.
