Online platform for mapping and sharing reusable goods
Typical re-use items are furniture, fixtures and building materials, but it may also be appropriate to put them into use the solution for other goods with reuse potential. The recycling platform must provide a comprehensive overview of the company's used products, and be a marketplace where the products can be exchanged, reused, or shared internally in the county council, and possibly also with other public actors associated with the platform. The reuse platform must make registration work easy and efficient, it must provide good overviews with images and text, and it must be able to be used for communication between all types of actors. It must also have tools that allow planning and organization of the products. The solution must have a cloud service as a delivery model, i.e. SaaS, with operation and maintenance in the supplier's environment. A more detailed description of the requested functionality is given in the Requirements Specification (appendix 1A Requirements Specification). The contractual relationship is regulated by SSA-L including annexes. The agreement is valid for 3 (three) years from the date of delivery. The agreement is then automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time unless terminated by the Customer with 3 (three) months' notice before the renewal date. The supplier can terminate the agreement with 12 (twelve) months' notice the renewal time.
