Description : The contracting authority for this procurement is the Procurement Collaboraton for Nordfjord, Sunnfjord and Sogn (INSS). INSS intends to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of light sources. The following product groups for light sources will be procured: - LED light sources (both complete with a plug and only light sources) - Halogen lamps - Compact fluorescent tubes - Fluorescent tubes - Radium light sources - Igniters/starters, and, in addition, there is a need for some types of batteries.
The participants in the procured framework agreement are:
Fjaler, Gulen, Hyllestad, Kinn, Luster, Lærdal, Sogndal, Stad, Stryn, Vik, Årdal.
The procurement is being made by Kinn Municipality on behalf of INSS.
The procurement is regulated by the Public Procurements Act dated 17 June 2017, with the accompanying regulations. The procurement will follow parts I and III in the regulations and the open tender contest procedure is being used. This is a procedur that does not permit negotiations.
