• Open tender - new school in Gryllefjord, turnkey contract The delivery is a turnkey contract for a new primary and secondary school in Gryllefjord in Senja municipality. The project includes a new primary and secondary school for 45 pupils, with special rooms, distributed over three bases and a vestibule. The project also includes school administration, school library, gymnasium, and associated play areas for the school - as well as an option for a training pool. Traffic areas in the form of access roads, operating areas, car parks and bus stops at (road) is also included. Groundwork for the school, infrastructure, outdoor areas and traffic areas has been carried out by a separate contractor. Documents from this project are attached to the tender document. The planning basis is based on a complete project with school incl. training pool. The interface between the school and the training pool is shown on the ARK and LARK drawings. The client is asking for a price for: New primary and secondary school with gymnasium. Price must include planning and changes to the substrate, as a result of the Training Pool not included. Plan U will then be withdrawn. The general contractor is responsible for assessing and taking care of the consequences, including deviations from the tender basis. If the option of a training pool is not used, the energy center and main switchboard room must be resolved as additional areas outside the school BTA. This solution must be included in the price.
