• Operating chair for the Eye Department at Helse Stavanger HF The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a purchase agreement for the purchase of 1 pc. operating chair in terms of requirements specification adapted to eye operations. The operating chair must be delivered complete with battery and battery charger, holder for hand control, flexible anesthesia strap, electrically and manually adjustable headrest and foot control for chair adjustment. If the battery cannot be charged directly at the table, an extra battery and an external battery charger must be supplied. It must be possible to attach the anesthetic arms. The agreement must contain an option for the following: Purchase of 4 pcs. corresponding operating chairs. The ophthalmology department has several older operating chairs which it is desirable to replace in the coming years. However, actual exercise of the option will depend on the department receiving budget funds for this. Anesthesia arms (if this is not included) Service, cf. Appendix 9 - Overview of service levels Service course (if this is offered) E-learning program (if this is offered) Other life-cycle costs (wear parts/spare parts/maintenance parts if required) Option for operating chairs must be valid for 4 years. Other options must be valid for the lifetime of the operating chairs. The options can be KPI-adjusted according to purchase agreement point 4.2. Option of service course, e-learning program and other life-cycle costs are not included in the total cost evaluation. See the competition basis for a more detailed description.
