Operation of a cafe at the Str0ms0 hub - service concession
Business hub Str0ms0 is looking for a manager of the cafe located on the first floor of the hub in Telthusgata 8. The hub opened for cafe operations in 2020, and the current operator has run the cafe since its inception. The cafe has an area of approx 117,5 square meters. The cafe must be an inclusive meeting place and open to everyone, both residents and employees at the hub. The hub is an arena for much and varied activity. There is a varied user group, ranging from parents of young children who participate in offers such as baby meetings and playtime, to seniors who participate on courses, cultural events and have their regular meeting points at the hub. Str0ms0 volunteer center is part of the hub and has several regular activities during the week. In addition, approximately 150-200 employees have their workplace at the hub and use the cafe as a canteen. The operation must therefore cover various needs, including offering a varied selection of food and drink. The hub wants the cafe to have a clear social profile and be a factor that promotes well-being. Drivers must be committed to the local environment and have a desire to make a difference to individuals. The hub, with the cafe included, wants to be one natural meeting place for the residents of the local environment.Through this competition, the municipality wishes, in line with the UN's sustainability goal number 8 and the community part of the municipal plan, to contribute to an inclusive working life.
