Short description: Purpose of the procurement This agreement will cover Avinor's need for trolley services for passengers traveling from or arriving at Oslo Airport (OSL). The client is concerned that passengers should have a positive experienceetc. when using Avinor's services. Well-functioning and adapted service services are important as this is a prerequisite for good customer satisfaction at the airport. The supplier of this service must have the main responsibility for locating, collecting and redistributing trolleys, as well as carrying out cleaning, maintenance andg service on these. The agreement applies to three types of trolleys: Luggage trolleys on the white zone Shopping trolleys on the critical part Children's trolleys on the critical part A more detailed description of the procurement follows from Appendix A - Requirements specification.
