Description:
Prequalification for a price and design competition for a health and welfare centre in Osterøy municipality. Consists of 2 construction stages where construction stage 1 has a net area of 8,809 m2 and stage 2 has a net area of 2,095 m2. The number of residential units in the new part in construction stage 1 is 88 and in construction stage 2 there are 44. The existing building has 64+16 residential units. The last 16 will be demolished and the building will be part of the new building. Three groups in the existing nursing home will have a reduced number of rooms, so that the existing nursing home has a total of 59 places. This gives a total of 147 places when the first construction stage is completed, and 191 residential units when the second construction stage is completed. In this competition, price and design shall be submitted for both construction stages, but interaction will only be carried out and a turnkey contract will be signed for construction stage 1. The solution proposal for construction stage 2 will be the builder ́s property and it will be used for the basis for a new competition in connection with. construction phase 2.
