Description:
The reason for this information enquiry The company plans to enter into framework agreements for outdoor lighting equipment, and is seeking, when issuing this request for information (hereafter called RFI), more information on what options are available in the supplier market and on what commercial terms. The objective of this RFI is: * Carry out a market survey to gain better insight into the tenderers ́s assortment and the supplier market (feasibility room). * Assess the use of received information in the market survey for planning the procurement/competition. This RFI is issued exclusively for obtaining information and enabling further planning for the Company. This RFI is in no way binding for the Company and is not a promise to a future invitation to a competition. Further information on the Company's requirements During autumn 2025 the company plans to announce a competition for the establishment of framework agreements for outdoor lighting equipment. The contracts can last for up to four years (including option years) and the estimated annual average volume is approx. The volume within one fixture group will be awarded to one or several tenderers, depending on the market composition. Further information on the division into sub-contracts will be in the tender documentation.
