Description:
Brief description: Filipstad is a larger harbor area along Fjordbyen in Oslo municipality. The area borders Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen in the east and Frognerstranda in the west, and is cut through today by the E18. The use of the area is currently dominated by the ferry terminal, container operations and light port and logisticstick functions. In connection with the preparation of area regulation for Filipstad, an infrastructure plan was drawn up in 2013, which was later updated in 2015. Due to changed assumptions, the time that has passed since the previous infrastructure plan was drawn up, and changes/decision point in adoptedarea regulation, Oslo municipality now wants to revise the infrastructure plan from 2015. As part of the revision work, a plan for blue-green structure and a mobility plan must also be drawn up. All three of these plans must be coordinated, so that you get a comprehensive plan for infrastructure above and belowthere the ground. Greenhouse gas calculations must also be prepared as part of the work.
