About the procurement The main problem in this Stimulab project is about exploring better feedback loops that ensure that learning from users and service providers is communicated to policy makers in the administration - the subject directorates and ministries. The purpose is to bring about the necessary changes in the centresThe administration's organization and efforts in that a more comprehensive knowledge base is used as a basis when these are designed.
