About the procurement The project seeks to find a solution to the challenge: How can the process associated with food service in nurseries be resolved in such a way that it does not conflict with closeness to the children and other educational requirements, but rather is experienced as being valuable for both children and staff? Through the project, we want to develop new concepts for food service and, in the long run, test new solutions/processes through experimentation, and if possible, actual piloting.
