- Tenders are invited to P2541 R0NTGEN GOODS TO DEFENSE - PRUSHIALIFICATION
Short Description: Defense material wants to acquire mobile X -rays on behalf of the Armed Forces. The intended application for the devices will be out in the field, where they will both help maintain and strengthen the medical capacities and capabilities of the Norwegian defense. The X -rays will be used across the defense branches.
The acquisition will consist of two phases: pre-qualification and tender competition. Interested players are welcome to submit an application to be pre-qualified for the tender competitions.
The procurement is carried out in accordance with. Defense and Security Procurement (FOSA) §5-1.
If a candidate has been rejected, they can send an application for a temporary injunction to the Oslo District Court, cf. § 10-6, within 15 calendar days, calculated from the rejection notice.
