• Painting and coating services framework agreement Troms county municipality - RFI Troms County Council (hereafter referred to as the client) shall enter into a new framework agreement for painting and coating services with associated equipment. Consideration is also given to the purchase of material for assignments such as the client must use when working under its own auspices must also be included in the agreement. The client wishes to enter into an agreement that covers the need we may have for this type of service throughout the county. This includes, for example, secondary schools, service housing and dental clinics. The agreement shall ensure that, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we achieve cost-effective and rational procurement of painting and coating services. In the main, the framework agreement will be used for the purchase of ongoing and operational-related services, but can also be used for certain investment projects where it is considered appropriate. We are currently in a preparatory phase of the procurement process. As part of the preparation phase, the Client wishes to invite all relevant suppliers to comment the preliminary drafts of requirements specification, price form and contract terms. The documents are attached to this market dialogue. We specify that the suppliers should not fill in the tender documents that are attached, but give feedback on the questions that follows in the document Information on RFI - Framework agreement on painting and coating services under point 3.
