• Description:
• Painting services 2026 Alta municipality wishes to acquire parallel framework agreements with up to 3 suppliers that will cover ongoing needs for painting services within painting, wallpaper and floor work. The agreement shall cover both the rehabilitation of existing buildings and smaller ones new construction, and cover the client's ongoing needs. Alta municipality manages a significant property mass, and wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a company for the execution of painting/building wallpapering services. The agreement must cover the client's ongoing needs for both maintenance, rehabilitation of existing buildings and smaller new buildings. The agreement is believed to have a value of NOK. 4 million in 4 years, and the maximum value is 6 million. The client is not obliged to purchase services for the entire sum, it is only an estimate. Municipal enterprises, IKS there Alta is a co-owner, cultural buildings, the cultural hall and municipal foundations will also be able to use these agreements if necessary. See the attached requirement specification for further details. The supplier must have a sales outlet with a good stock of paint and paint-related products. The outlet must be located a maximum of 10 km from Løkkeveien 35, 9510 Alta.
