• Panorama cultural centre: stage lighting, AV/sound/control and stage carpets Background Eidsvoll municipality is to upgrade the technical infrastructure in the Panorama cultural center to ensure a future-oriented, flexible and reliable solution in the Wergelandssalen. The hall is a multi-purpose hall with high frequency of use and used for a wide range of events, including theatre, dance, concerts, conferences, lectures, school performances, cinema and rental productions. Today's technical solutions largely consist of individual components and subsystems varying age and functionality. The upgrade will contribute to simplified and more efficient daily operations, better user experience for both technical and non-technical personnel, as well as robust interaction between sound, AV, control and stage lighting. At the same time, the municipality wants to utilize existing investments where appropriate, by reusing selected components and integrating these into an overall solution. Description of the assignment The procurement is carried out as two sub-competitions. Sub-competition 1: includes delivery of stage lighting equipment as goods delivery, including necessary fixtures, accessories and cable packages. The goods must be delivered finished and ready for delivery to Panorama cultural center in accordance with the agreed delivery conditions. Sub-competition 2: includes a total delivery for AV, audio and management system as well as the replacement of stage textiles.
