Short Description: The client needs a parallel framework agreement on consultancy services in development and change processes. The purpose of the framework agreement is to increase capacity and ensure competence in the HR work in Sandnes municipality, both in general development work and in specific cases in terms of development and change processes. The framework agreement will be used to meet the need for expertise that the client does not have access to in his own business, or cases where there is a need for external task solving, as well as when needed extra capacity in development and change processes. The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with 3 suppliers, provided there are 3 suitable suppliers and offers. The client will conduct a mini -competition between selected suppliers
