Parallel framework agreement for Technical consultancy VVA
The client intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for the purchase of consultancy services. The municipality needs technical advice at regular intervals. These are used for the design of roads, water and drainage until a contract with the contractor and more. With this acquisition, Høyanger municipality will enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 or 4 suppliers within the aforementioned sub-area. Through this agreement, Høyanger municipality wishes to have easy and good access to technical advice and to have tasks solved in relation to this with good quality and at the right price. The scope of the agreement is unclear, and it does not impose any obligation on Høyanger municipality to purchase in volume after this acquisition. The municipality reserves the right to advertise for assignments over NOK 300,000 in its own competitions. The framework agreement has a limit of up to NOK 6,000,000 in total for over a 4-year period. We specify that this is an estimate based on our own knowledge of price, historical consumption and planned activity. Each year's budget and possibly other instructions from the municipal council, applicable laws and regulations and the like will also govern the activity. Expected value is NOK 5,000,000.
